Left at the door are the typical cheesy antics of realtors, and instead, with Chaz, you get incredible human interaction and service. Chaz SOLD the home to us (working as the sellers agent) and rather than reach out to the agent we worked with for that transaction, we reached out to Chaz to be our sellers agent, we were so impressed with how he did it the first time. Chaz was amazing!! Selling a house you’re currently living in with a newborn is no easy task and Chaz was not only present but early for all photos, inspections and the open house to help make sure our house was looking perfect to show! On the buying end, we chose a house that had been on the market for close to a year with multiple deals that had fallen through. Chaz worked closely with the selling agent to make sure we didn’t lose the house of our dreams! He’s truly an awesome agent willing to go above and beyond for his clients.
