Meet Chaz
Chaz was built to serve through real estate. Born and raised in Placer County, he graduated from Del Oro High School in 2009 and went straight to work. Before entering the world of real estate, he worked for eight years in the commercial construction industry. Starting as an assistant to a journeyman electrician, he methodically worked his way up to supervisor roles, then onto project management, bidding, and operations of his family's business. Chaz learned firsthand how to negotiate large contracts, coordinate projects, and deal with every unexpected hurdle you could imagine while maintaining and building professional relationships with seasoned business owners and sub-contractors.
Fast forward to 2020, when his first daughter, Piper, was born, Chaz was fired up to start his own business. With a passion for serving others and a love of the mechanics of real estate after purchasing his second home, he took the leap. On his second day as a licensed agent, he helped his first client trump 21 Offers to secure his first escrow. He didn't look back. Chaz was named "Rookie of the Year" at his brokerage for 2021 and was in the top 10 producing agents out of over 600 in 2022 at Realty One Group Complete. He is in the top 1% of agents in northern California. Chaz is well versed in all aspects of residential real estate, having sold everything from luxury multi-million dollar homes, to fixers, trust sales, rural property, and more. He helps first-timers negotiate the unknown, and seasoned buyers make the right decisions for their future.
In his free time, Chaz spends ample time with his wife and high school sweetheart, Sofie, and their two children, Piper and Lance. He is also an avid cyclist, racing cross-country mountain bikes at a national level. Chaz is also heavily involved in giving back to the community: He is the head coach of a volunteer-run, fast-growing high school mountain bike team. He is President of the Rocklin Bike Coalition, a non-profit that is working to bring more family-friendly bicycle amenities to the City of Rocklin.
